How to Play

Flappy Dog is easy to pick up but challenging to master. The premise is simple: your dog is flying through an endless series of pipe gaps, and it is up to you to keep him airborne. Every tap, click, or spacebar press gives your dog an upward flap. Let go, and gravity pulls him downward. The trick is finding the perfect rhythm to weave through the gaps without crashing.

You start each round with 5 lives, represented by hearts in the top-right corner. If your dog hits a pipe, a wall, or an obstacle, you lose one life. After taking damage, your dog gets a brief period of invincibility — during this time he will flash on screen, signaling that he is safe from further harm. Use these moments wisely to recover your position and line up for the next gap.

Points are earned by successfully passing through each set of pipes. Your score climbs with every gap cleared, and your all-time best score is saved automatically in your browser, so you can compete against yourself across sessions. The game also features a dynamic difficulty curve: every ten points, the pipes speed up and spawn more frequently, keeping the challenge fresh as your skills improve.
